We welcomed new Apple training clients in Q2 2021, proving that businesses are realising the benefits of digital transformation and training their teams on new tech. With most of the workforce working from home in 2020, more businesses looked to computing to solve remote workflow issues. As a result, we’ve been honoured to help businesses understand their new tech and stay on top of the latest updates.

Our training centres are back in business

After several months, we’re happy to announce that our Carter Lane training centre is open to the public again. Those struggling with online learning are welcome to join us to receive hands-on support from a team of certified experts.

We value our team and our trainees, which is why we’ve implemented the following safety measures:

convenient hand sanitiser stations
screens and PPE for building staff
clearly-marked hallways

Travelling for on-site training

As we reopened our Carter Lane training centre, we also relaunched our on-site training. Now you can save money by opting to have technical training delivered at your office rather than our training centres or virtually. On-site training saves transport and accommodation costs for your team but guarantees the same quality course and support from our certified trainers.

No distance is too far for our trainers. However, until government guidelines change, they will only be travelling to countries on the UK’s amber and green list.

Services and Mac revenue reach an all-time high

In the second quarter of 2021, Apple reported a 54% year-over-year increase in sales thanks to mac and service sales. Showing a growing demand for Apple products and qualified techs to ensure they’re always working effectively. As Apple continues to boost its service offering, we’ll be making sure our trainees possess the cutting-edge skills needed.
