As we emerge from another national lockdown, we’ve been honoured to welcome many new Apple training clients in Q1 2021. Among them are IT support companies, educational institutions, and retail giants.
But first, here’s the news from our Apple training division.
Apple launches M1 chip
The world of tech has changed with the launch of Apple’s M1 processor. The M1 chip boasts eight processor cores, which is double the number in older chips.
Apple continues to thrive
Apple generated a whopping 42 percent of all smartphone revenue this quarter, despite accounting for just 16.8 percent of global shipments. It’s a record-breaker for the company, considering this time last year they shipped 13.6 percent of all smartphones and generated 34.4 percent of revenue. And as the company continues to grow we will continue to train repair shops and businesses to navigate the latest updates.
Working out while WFH
We’ve also been taking steps to ensure our team stays healthy during lockdown. One example is our adoption of YuLife reward-based insurance. Our resident PT has also been hosting weekly HIIT workouts for our team to join in and shift the lockdown weight.
