1993
Company formed 15th January. First two clients were HSBC James Capel and Harcourt Brace, with a focus on Cognos Powerhouse development
1993-2000
Clients such as Mirror Group Newspapers, WAGN Railway, The Stationery Office, Astra Zeneca and Elsevier added. Focus extended to include Cognos BI development, data warehouse development and Oracle consultancy
2001-2005
Clients such as Yell, Turpin Distribution, LittleJohn Fraser, BeyondDSL, Tomlinsons and Eurosat added. Tech focus extended to include web development, PHP development.
2005
John Simpson joined, as co-director and co-owner
2006
We opened our first office in Kent House, Maidstone.
2006-2012
Clients such as Taylor & Francis, SeaContainers, S&G, BPP, Reed Business Information, Cambridge University Press, Phaidon Press, Atherton Bailey, Premier. Underwriting, Capita, Finnamore, Atypon, Flatirons, STA International, Publishing Technology and Selftrade added
2010
Won a UK Government “Innovation and Growth” award, which resulted in funded management and growth training sessions to unlock growth potential within the business
2010
Expansion into US markets, with repeated project work undertaken in Florida and New York
2011
Opened our first London based office, at 30 St Mary Axe, aka the Gherkin
2011
we ran the first ever Influential Academy for apprentices looking to get into tech. In the class of 2011, we met and eventually hired our CTO Matt!
2013
First successful M&A transaction undertaken – the purchase of the SAP Business Objects division of Maxima PLC (later Redstone PLC)
2013
Achieved top-tier SAP Gold partner status (and in record time for a partner)
2013-2016
Clients such as Lotus Renault F1, Kwik Fit, Talisman Energy, John Wood Group, Sporting Bet, Harper Collins, Centrica, Thales, Alfred Dunhill, Prudential, John Lewis Partnership, various councils, universities and parts of central government added

Second successful M&A transaction undertaken – the purchase of the IBM Cognos division of Intelligent Solutions (Midlands) Ltd
2015
Third successful M&A transaction undertaken – the purchase of Dynistics Ltd – subsequently sold in 2019

Fourth successful M&A transaction undertaken – the purchase of the Apple Authorised Training Partner division of Amsys Ltd
